In the event that the conference is cancelled, you may be eligible for a refund as determined by the organisers. However, the organisers shall not be responsible for any other costs or damages incurred by you related to your attendance of the conference.

3. Conference Content Confidentiality

Any content, materials, or information provided during the conference, including presentations, slides, and recordings, are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share such content without the explicit permission of the organisers and the respective speakers.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

Release of Liability: By attending the conference, you acknowledge and agree that the organisers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that may occur during the conference.

5. Privacy, Photography and Filming

‍By purchasing a ticket and attending the conference, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of the personal information that you provided.

Please be aware that the conference may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed. By attending, you grant the organisers the right to use any images or recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

‍This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the conference and its content remain the property of the organisers or their respective owners.
You shall not use or reproduce any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials associated with the conference without obtaining prior written permission from the organisers.

8. Accessibility for People with Disabilities

‍Since accessibility may vary depending on the location and other factors, we recommend that attendees with disabilities contact us for detailed information on the accessibility of the specific event venue they wish to attend. We will strive to respond to all accessibility-related inquiries promptly.

9. Health Dietary Restrictions

As far as catering is concerned, it is your responsibility to inform the organiser well in advance of any allergies or intolerances, in order for the caterer to prepare an alternative for those with such dietary restrictions.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The organisers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the conference website or other official communication channels. You are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically and acknowledging any modifications.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
