About the event
Unlock The Future Of Leadership
When leaders commit to personal mastery and integrate the disciplines of organizational learning, they don’t just perform better — they transform the systems they serve.
We are living at an inflection point—a moment in history where the future is still open to be shaped. It is clear that the next chapter will demand more of us—not just new policies or technologies, but a profound evolution in how we lead, live, and relate to one another.
Our gathering 26 – 28 September 2025: Personal Mastery for Collective Impact – A Journey Toward Sustainable Futures, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam stands on the shoulders of giants.
It continues the 25-year legacy of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL)—a global network co-founded by Peter Senge and other visionaries who introduced the world to systems thinking, learning organizations, and the integration of personal growth with institutional transformation.
We are convening a diverse community of pioneers, practitioners, and purpose-driven leaders along with committed changemakers and learners to explore together how deep personal mastery can unlock meaningful systems-level change. If that’s you, come join us.
