We are living at an inflection point—a moment in history where the future is still open to be shaped. As we near the close of the SDG era and look toward 2050, it is clear that the next chapter will demand more of us—not just new policies or technologies, but a profound evolution in how we lead, live, and relate to one another.
This is the heart of our gathering 26 – 28 September 2025: Personal Mastery for Collective Impact – A Journey Toward Sustainable Futures, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We are convening a diverse and global community of pioneers, practitioners, and purpose-driven leaders along with committed curious learners to explore together how deep personal mastery and conscious leadership can unlock meaningful systems-level change. If that’s you, come join us.
This event stands on the shoulders of giants. It continues the 25-year legacy of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL)—a global network co-founded by Peter Senge and other visionaries who introduced the world to systems thinking, learning organizations, and the integration of personal growth with institutional transformation. SoL has always believed that change begins from within—and that the inner life of leaders directly shapes the systems we seek to transform.
This is the first time since 1997 that the biennial Forum is hosted in Asia, positioning Vietnam as the heart of a global movement for collective impact.
We are honored to feature some of the most influential thinkers and practitioners in this space, including : Peter Senge, whose groundbreaking work on learning organizations transformed leadership worldwide and continues to inspire transformational change across sectors; Adam Kahane, a master facilitator of complex social change; Nora Bateson, who brings a powerful lens of complexity, ecology, and relational intelligence.
In addition we will be engaging with inspiring leaders in Vietnam from the business, non for profit and other sectors to hear how they have navigated challenges and complexities to emerge clearer and stronger for what lies ahead. These include Chris Freund, founder of Mekong Capital whose unique Vision Driven framework pulls for transformative business models, Jimmy Pham, founder of KOTO whose heartwarming mission of supporting street kids to have a new lease of life showcasing a systems approach to alleviating the vicious cycle of poverty, Nguyen Xuan Quang, a nextgen successor, whose inspiring journey to be a meta system leader from his own worldview transformation, to that of his family and their family business, and many more!
Engaging with these global and local voices will not only be intellectually enriching—it will be personally empowering. Their presence offers a rare opportunity to reflect deeply, ask better questions, and build the inner capacities we need to lead into what’s next.
This is not just an invitation to simply attend—it’s an invitation to co-create. To join a legacy conversation. To be part of something bold, necessary, and transformative.
